Outdoor Warning Systems ( Tornado Sirens )
Beginning of 2010, we elected to film outdoor sirens being tested. Every month (assuming we get to go get one) we visit a location somewhere in northern illinois to record a siren.
Each community, municipality, town, city and county has its own rules and regulations for activating sirens.
